ELIGIBILITY

• 4TH GRADE - POST GRAD

• All levels of experience and fitness levels are welcome to participate.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 1 ON 1 TRAINING

  • Get trained 1 on 1 with Oscar Flores who has 30+ plus years of personal training experience.

• BUDDY TRAINING

  • Pair up with a friend to get more out of your workouts.

  • Cost per hour shared equally.

• SMALL GROUP TRAINING

  • Max of 5 per group.

  • 2 or 3 Workouts per week for 4 weeks.

• PROGRAM DESIGN

  • 4 Week personally designed program that includes a warm-up, cardio, workout, and a cool down.

• No limit and can be any high school team sport.

ELIGIBILITY

• 8TH GRADE - 12TH GRADE

• All levels of experience and fitness levels are welcome to participate.

  AT YOUR TEAM’S HIGH SCHOOL.

Our clinics will allow for athletes of all ages and skill levels to develop their football fundamentals and skills outside of their organized football season.

These 1 hour clinics will cover both sides of the ball and athletes will start with basic drills and work their way up to more advanced drills. Drills will vary from session to session to keep the athletes in tune with the program while also having fun.

Athletes will work with coaches from the youth to college level to learn all positions while also developing a better base knowledge of the game.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 1 ON 1 FIELD WORK

  • QBs/ RBs / WRs / TEs / OL/DL/LBs / DBs

  • Athletes will work with Justin Flores or one of Flo Sports Academy Position Coaches to hone their individual position skills for an hour long session.

• SMALL GROUP FIELD WORK

  • QBs / RBs / WRs + TEs / OL/DL/LBs/DBs

  • Athletes will work with Justin Flores or a Flo Sports Academy Position Specific Coach in a small group setting (5-10 Athletes) for an hour long session. Drills will be catered to a group setting while also being time efficient.

• LARGE GROUP FIELD WORK

  • QBs / RBs / WRs + TEs /OL/DL DBs

  • Athletes will work with Justin Flores and a Flo Sports Academy Position Coach in a large group setting (11-20 Athletes) for an hour long session.

  • Large group individual drills will be run followed by large group work that can include 1v1s, Open Field Drills, Half-Line 7v7, Full 7v7, and more.
